Can I generate a cash flow statement by month?

My question is _not_ "how do I generate a cash flow statement?".

My question is "How can I break down a cash flow statement by period?"

I'm trying to build a monthly cash flow forecast for 2024, and it would be useful to see the equivalent actual figures for comparison/ as a baseline.

If I run an income statement, or a balance sheet, I can break it down using the "Show Columns" drop-down, but I don't see the drop-down in QB Desktop when I run the cash flow. How can I breakdown the Dates into different periods?

When you open the Statement of Cash Flows in Reports , select Customize to choose the desired fields. You can select a custom report period, to view a wider date range. Follow this link to learn more about tracking the cash flow in QuickBooks Desktop.
