sharepoint 2016 site shows blank page

I have migrated a sharepoint 2016 farm to another infrastructure (within the same domain). It consists of 8 sites, 4 of which work perfectly but the rest only shows a blank page when loading.

The installed version is 16.0.5334.1000

any idea why this could happen?

Hi @Frutos ,
Perhaps you can try the process in the following document to migrate a sharepoint 2016 farm to another farm.

  1. Have you made some custom settings, such as powershell commands?
  2. You could try to clear browser cache then restart it.
  3. Try to use a different browser or your browser's InPrivate mode to see if the same error occurs, such as IE, Edge, Chrome.
  4. Are other users with permissions facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.

Hi @Xyza Xue_MSFT 1.- No, i tried to replicate the same settings that old farm. The steps 2,3 and 4 my cowokers and me tried it but not worked We have done the migration in different ways 1.- Exporting databases and configuring the sites and service applications again 2.- Exporting databases and exporting/importing the sites and apart from the service applications 3.- Exporting databases and exporting/importing all the configuration and content. I attach two screenshots with a site that does work and another that not 4.- We have created a new site, with its database included. And we have restored both the database and the content of one of our sites in it, but the page was still blank. Maybe. Could it be because of the assemblies? What other way could there be to export the database on the one hand and the content on the other and that was correct? Thank you very much!
