I have to unlock my Amazfit Bip 5 Smart Watch every time I want to use it. How do I stop the lock from coming on?

As such get no notifications ect

For example, I would like my pace over the last km to be given as 6:00 minutes/km rather than 5 kms/hour? Also, on my old GTS 2E there used to be winter sports sch as a cross country ski mode but that and many other winter sports seems to be gone and replaced with other sports. Is there a way to get some of these winter sports added back in?
